Due to our continued growth, we are seeking professional drivers to join our business.

 

You may have years of experience as a multi-drop driver or you could be looking to enter the industry for the first time.

All we ask is that you are hardworking, flexible and willing to exceed our customers' expectations.

​

There are some essential criteria that you must meet in order to be considered for the role:

• You must have full UK driving licence

• You must be willing to drive a long wheel base vehicle or Luton van

• You must be willing to start early and work late – meeting the Service Level Agreements The Courier Alliance has with its clients and customers

• You must be able to complete a DBS criminal record check

• You must be willing to work on your own, driving long distances in accordance with the routes set by the company

• You must maintain a friendly and polite demeanour when dealing with customers

• You must be able to lift heavy items and ensure no items are damaged during transit

• You must be trustworthy and be willing to handle cash on behalf of the company

 

As an employed driver with The Courier Alliance you will be paid a competitive salary and will receive other benefits.

​

You can expect a starting wage of £8 per hour

You will recieve overnight supplement of uo to £25 towards food and drink

You will receive 28 days paid holiday per year

You will be eligible to enter the company pension scheme after 6 months

EMPLOYMENT WITH THE COURIER ALLIANCE IS SUBJECT TO A 6 MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
